DAG 5.2X Single channel Network Monitoring Card
The Endace® DAG® 5.2X Network Monitoring Card has been optimised for monitoring and inspecting traffic on 10 Gigabit Ethernet networks. It provides full line rate traffic capture, classification and filtering in the Data Stream Manager (DSM) block of the DAG card, and can transfer up to 7 Gbps of traffic through the PCI-X bus to software applications for further analysis.
By using the DSM filters to disregard uninteresting traffic, or by having the DAG card truncate large packets, full line rate traffic inspection can be effectively achieved with the low-profile DAG 5.2X. With the power to see all traffic even on high speed links operating at full line utilization, the DAG 5.2X enables network managers to develop solutions that inspect relevant traffic for security threats, and precisely measure network performance to identify issues that may affect mission critical applications.
