Extended packet management capabilities include hardware time-stamping to nanosecond accuracy, traffic duplication, filtering and load-balancing across multi-core CPUs, thereby enabling a single DAG card to drive and accelerate multiple monitoring applications.
For sustained high-speed packet capture Endace products offer unrivaled write to disk speeds in excess of 8Gb/s and extensible storage options. The stored data can be efficiently mined for rapid event isolation, or precisely replayed for scenario modeling.
While these packet capture and data management capabilities can be fully utilized by 3rd party software developers Endace has also built on these foundations to deliver complete solutions that provide intuitive analysis of real time traffic or captured files, accelerate security applications, provide intrusion detection capabilities and integrate with behavioral analytics platforms.
